چکیده

سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد اقتصادی و توسعه منطقه‌ای اقتصاد دارد. بخش صنعت در فرآیند توسعه منطقه‌ای که بخش قابل توجهی از جمعیت، سطوح مختلف درآمدی را در خود جای داده از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. دست‌یابی به این هدف مهم نقش موثر و تعیین کننده‌ای در جهت دهی و شتاب دهی عملکرد اقتصادی استان‌های کشور دارد. از این‌رو هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل اثر فضایی سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی بر عملکرد اقتصادی در استان‌های کشور با رویکرد اقتصادسنجی فضایی ترکیبی طی بازه زمانی 98-1385 است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، متغیر سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی و اثرات غیرمستقیم آن، تاثیری مثبت و معنی‌داری بر بهبود عملکرد اقتصادی استان‌های مورد مطالعه دارد. نتایج پژوهش، بیانگر آن است که سرمایه‌گذاری صنعتی به‌عنوان یک متغیر مهم در مطالعات توسعه منطقه‌ای، در مناطق مجاور با استان-های رشد اقتصادی بالا باید لحاظ گردد (اثرات سرریز فضایی). همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد که جمعیت فعال و اشتغال تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد اقتصادی دارند در‌حالی‌که نرخ دستمزد دارای رابطه منفی و معنی‌داری با عملکرد اقتصادی استان‌ها دارد. پیشنهاد سیاستی پژوهش فوق، اولویت دادن به توسعه و سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش صنعت، سرمایه‌گذاری مشترک با کشورهای همسایه و سرریز اثرات اقتصادی آن بر استان‌های مرزی است.
