چکیده
حکمرانی خوب جهت توسعه سیاستهای زیستمحیطی برای ارتقای مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و بهینهسازی مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدناپذیر حیاتی است. ازاینرو هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر حکمرانی و رشد اقتصادی بر مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر در یازده کشور منتخب عضو مجمع کشورهای صادرکننده گاز است. برای این منظور از دادههای شاخصهای حکمرانی (حاکمیت قانون، کنترل فساد، ثبات سیاسی، اظهارنظر و پاسخگویی، کیفیت نظارتی و اثربخشی دولت)، رشد اقتصادی، مصرف انرژی تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر (نفت، گاز و زغالسنگ) برای دوره 1996 تا 2021 و دو روش حداقل مربعات معمولی پویا و حداقل مربعات معمولی کاملاً اصلاح شده استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که رشد اقتصادی تأثیر مثبت بر مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر دارد. کیفیت نظارتی و حاکمیت قانون دارای اثر منفی بر مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدناپذیر است و اثربخشی دولت به طور مثبت بر مصرف همه منابع انرژی تأثیر میگذارد. کنترل فساد نیز مصرف انواع انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر را افزایش میدهد؛ این در حالی است که به جز زغالسنگ، ثبات سیاسی تأثیر منفی بر مصرف انرژیهای تجدیدناپذیر و تجدیدپذیر دارد. در نهایت نتایج نشان میدهد که بزرگی اثر رشد اقتصادی و اکثر شاخصهای حکمرانی بر مصرف انرژی تجدیدناپذیر بیشتر از تجدیدپذیر است. مبتنی بر این نتایج لازم است کشورها بر بهبود حاکمیت قانون، کنترل فساد، کیفیت نظارتی، ثبات سیاسی و رشد اقتصادی برای کمک به حفظ تعادل پایدار منابع انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و تجدیدناپذیر تمرکز کنند.
