چکیده
تلاشهای برای کاهش نابرابری در ایران شده است؛ اما مشکل پابرجاست و بر رشد اقتصادی تأثیر میگذارد.هدف مقاله ارزیابی اثر فراگیری مالی بر نابرابری درآمد در استانهای ایران با تاکید بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. لذا از دادههای 31 استان ایران در دوره 1400-1390 استفاده شد. ابتدا شاخص فراگیری مالی با رویکرد تحلیل مولفه اصلی در دو مرحله برای استانها محاسبه شد. یافتهها نشان داد این شاخص در هیچ استانی بیشتر از 0/5 نیست. تنها در تهران بین 0/5 و 0/3 است و 30 استان دیگر در سطح پایین قرار دارند. سپس اثر فراگیری مالی بر ضریب جینی در استانهای ایران با استفاده از روشهای اثرات ثابت و FMOLS برآورد شد، متغیرهای شاخصهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و آثار متقاطع آنها برآورد شد. نتایج نشان دادند فراگیری مالی اثر منفی و معنادار بر ضریب جینی در استانهای ایران دارد. همچنین آثار متقاطع فراگیری و فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات اثر منفی بر ضریب جینی دارد.
