چکیده

برابری جنسیتی نه تنها حق اساسی انسان است، بلکه به‌عنوان عامل افزایش‌دهنده توانایی‌های بشر و سرمایه انسانی از اهداف توسعه هزاره به شمار می‌آید. نابرابری جنسیتی در عرصه‌های مختلف همچون آموزش، اشتغال و دستمزد از مهمترین چالش‌های پیش روی کشورهای درحال‌توسعه است. از این‌رو هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل اثر آستانه‌ای حکمرانی خوب بر برابری جنسیتی با تأکید بر نابرابری درآمدی در ایران به عنوان کشوری در حال توسعه، در دوره 1400:3-1384:4 است. بدین منظور نابرابری جنسیتی، ضریب جینی و میانگین شش شاخص حکمرانی خوب به ترتیب به عنوان شاخص عدم برابری جنسیتی، شاخص نابرابری درآمدی و شاخص حکمرانی خوب در نظر گرفته شدند و برای برآورد الگو از رگرسیون انتقال ملایم (STR) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که وقتی نابرابری درآمدی با سه دوره تأخیر از حدآستانه‌ برابر با 495/0 می گذرد، نابرابری جنسیتی با سرعتی برابر با 177/10 از رژیم اول به رژیم دوم وارد می‌شود. از طرفی نابرابری درآمدی در هر دو رژیم اثر منفی بر برابری جنسیتی داشته که این اثر در رژیم دوم تقویت شده‌است. حکمرانی خوب و رشد اقتصادی اثری به شکل U معکوس بر برابری جنسیتی داشته‌اند. فناوری اطلاعات بر برابری جنسیتی اثر مثبت داشته که در رژیم دوم این اثر تضعیف شده‌است.
