چکیده

خانوار به‌عنوان نهاد بنیادی در هر جامعه و در چرخة اقتصاد ملی، ازیک‌طرف عرضه‌کننده نیروی کار به بنگاه­ها در بازار عوامل تولید و از سویی دیگر مصرف‌کنندة کالاها و خدمات نهایی در بازار آنها است. این پژوهش به دنبال برآورد ارزش اقتصادی فعالیت‌های خانگی زنان ساکن در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی در شهرستان سنندج است. در این پژوهش، از رهیافت دومرحله‏ای هکمن استفاده شده است. نمونه آماری شامل 193 نفر از زنان در سکونتگاههای غیررسمی شهرستان سنندج است. سکونتگاههای غیررسمی شهرستان سنندج است. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، با ارتقای هر واحد در سطح تحصیلات زنان، دستمزد دریافتی آنان 09/0 درصد افزایش مییابد. همچنین افزایش هر واحد در نرخ دستمزد بازاری، دریافتی فرد را 0003/0 درصد افزایش می‏دهد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان می‏دهد دستمزد بالقوه ماهیانة زنان این شهرستان به طور برآوردی 2752 هزار تومان است. همین‌طور بر اساس یافته‏های تحقیق ارزش افزودة حاصل از کار خانگی زنان ساکن در سکونتگاههای غیررسمی شهرستان سنندج حدود 77/4 درصد (13986 میلیارد ریال) از تولید ناخالص داخلی استان کردستان برآورد شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که دورههای آموزشی بر درآمد خانوار مؤثر بوده است و شرکت‌کنندگان در این دورهها حاضرند برای توانمندسازی خود هزینة آن را بپردازند؛ بنابراین میتوان گفت دورههای آموزشی از دیدگاه زنان نیز موفق بوده است. براین‌اساس سیاستگذاری مبتنی بر آموزش برای توانمندسازی زنان و دیگر ساکنان سکونتگاههای غیررسمی پیشنهاد میشود.
