چکیده
عدم تغییرات هدفمند با هدایت و حضور موثر دولت در فرآیند رشد اقتصادی کشاورزی، هم منجر به بر عدم تحقق اهداف مورد نظر نظام برنامه‌ریزی کشور می‌شود و هم رشد اقتصادی آن به دلیل کمبود سرمایه و تخریب سریع منابع پایه‌ی کشاورزی، متوقف می شود. بخش کشاورزی ایران، به صورت کافی و هدفمند از پرداخت تسهیلات سیستم بانکی، برخوردار نیست. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر با استفاده از آمار سری زمانی 1401-1360و برآورد معادلات همزمان با روش 3SLS، چگونگی اثرگذاری تسهیلات جاری و سرمایه‌ای بانک کشاورزی بر متغیرهای کلان منتخب کشاورزی ایران بررسی شده است. نتایج حاصل نشان داد: میزان اثرگذاری مثبت تسهیلات جاری بر سرمایه‌گذاری و ارزش افزوده‌ی کشاورزی، بیش از اثرگذاری تسهیلات سرمایه‌ای بوده است و فقط تسهیلات سرمایه‌ای بر مقدار اشتغال کشاورزی، اثر مثبت معنی‌داری باقی گذاشته است.با توجه به نیاز مالی گسترده‌ی کشاورزی، پیشنهاد می‌شود که نسبت به افزایش منابع مالی موردنیاز کشاورزی، افزایش پرداخت تسهیلات ارزان و آسان توسط بانک کشاورزی، ایجاد بسترهای تشویقی لازم برای گرایش سایر بانک‌های تجاری در پرداخت تسهیلات به کشاورزان و ایجاد بسترهای لازم برای بهره‌مندی بخش کشاورزی از منابع مالی خارجی از سوی حاکمیت اقدامات لازم صورت پذیرد.
