چکیده
برا اساس ادبیات اقتصادی و مدل رشد درونزای لوکاس؛ کیفیت نیروی انسانی از جمله عوامل موثر بر رشد اقتصادی می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش GMM و طی دوره زمانی 1398-1385، مدل رشد اقتصادی لوکاس در استان‌های ایران را ارزیابی نموده است. سرمایه انسانی متغیری پنهان در اقتصاد بوده و معمولا پراکسی‌های جایگزین بجای آن استفاده می‌شود. بر اساس مبانی نظری استدلال می‌شود که شاخص سرمایه انسانی علاوه بر جنبه آموزش تحت تاثیر جنبه‌های دیگر مانند؛ مهارت و سلامت نیز قرار دارد. بنابراین در این مقاله با استفاده از منطق فازی شاخصی برای سرمایه انسانی در استان‌های ایران ساخته شده که سه جنبه اصلی (آموزش، مهارت و سلامت) سرمایه انسانی را در نظر بگیرد. نتایج تخمین مدل رشد اقتصادی لوکاس نشان داد که ارتقاء سطح سرمایه انسانی موجب افزایش رشد اقتصادی استان‌های ایران می‌شود. سایر نتایج تحقیق مبین اثرگذاری مثبت متغیرهای صنعتی شدن، مشارکت نیروی کار، سرمایه فیزیکی و رشد اقتصادی دوره قبل بر رشد اقتصادی استان‌های ایران می‌باشند. همچنین اندازه دولت و شهرنشینی تاثیر منفی بر رشد اقتصادی استان‌های ایران دارند.
