تأثیر پیچیدگی اقتصادی و جهانی‌شدن اقتصادی بر شاخص ظرفیت بار در ایران

چکیده

باتوجه‌به افزایش چالش‌های زیست‌محیطی و اهمیت تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار، ارزیابی‌های دقیق‌تر از وضعیت محیط‌زیست کشور ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. این پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص ضریب ظرفیت بار که ترکیبی از ظرفیت زیستی و ردپای اکولوژیکی است، به بررسی تأثیر پیچیدگی اقتصادی و جهانی‌شدن اقتصادی بر پایداری زیست‌محیطی ایران طی دوره ۱۳۷۴ تا ۱۴۰۰ پرداخته است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش حداقل مربعات کاملاً اصلاح شده (FMOLS) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که پیچیدگی اقتصادی و توسعه مالی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ضریب ظرفیت بار دارند، درحالی‌که جهانی‌شدن اقتصادی، سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی و مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدناپذیر اثر منفی و معناداری بر این شاخص گذاشته‌اند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، بازنگری در سیاست‌های اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی کشور با رویکردی پایدار ضروری است. جهت‌دهی تولید و صادرات به سمت محصولات با آلایندگی پایین، تدوین مقررات سخت‌گیرانه زیست‌محیطی در جذب سرمایه خارجی، گسترش روابط تجاری با کشورهای دارای استانداردهای محیط‌زیستی بالا، حمایت مالی از پروژه‌های سبز و اصلاح سیاست‌های انرژی مبتنی بر بهره‌وری و منابع تجدیدپذیر، از جمله راهکارهای پیشنهادی هستند. این اقدامات می‌توانند به همسویی توسعه اقتصادی با ملاحظات زیست‌محیطی و ارتقای ظرفیت بار زیستی کشور کمک کنند.
